* All items are no transfer, and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

* Duplicate purchases can be refunded.

* If you did not receive your item, or your item has gone missing, send me an IM or a note card with your name and the missing item name. I'll send your purchase to you.


* To purchase a gift, send me a note card with your name, the gift recipient's name, and the item you want sent. I'll contact you to arrange payment, and I'll drop the gift on the recipient.

* New items are released at a discount. This only lasts for one or two days, so join the Vox Update Group or the Vox Subscribo Group to be notified of new releases and other specials. Watch for appreciation gifts!
